You notify us of your goods delivery in our dashboard. The shipping company delivers the goods during our opening hours. We accept the goods delivery and unload trucks during regular downtime.

We pack the goods professionally in our or your cardboard box, create the shipping label and hand the shipment over to a shipping service provider or freight forwarder. Shipments are picked up from us every day and you can view the shipping status and tracking number in the dashboard. Fragile goods are packed in secure boxes.

We take inventory of the goods stored with us, which saves you time and effort. You receive precise information about the stock at all times. We also automatically update the inventory management of the items in your online shop.

We offer comprehensive returns management, including returns from dropshipping. We process returns according to your instructions, carry out visual inspections, product tests or complete refurbishment and take care of returns or proper disposal.

We prepare your returns for resale (refurbishment) according to a process specified by you and take a photo. If the goods are in poor condition, we can dispose of them properly or send them back to you.

We manage the best-before date of your goods and apply the FIFO principle to control perishability.

We scan production batches as they arrive and assign them to a specific batch. We can also assign an MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) to each item to give you control over products delivered and sold.

We manage the unique serial numbers (MSN) of your products and offer two methods for
